Asefa Estanezahi is ADI key member, and a senior economist, she is a human rights activist and advocate for the rights of migrants and women who has worked in various social and human rights fields. Asefa Estanezahi was the head of the first center for the support of migrants in Iran. She is best known for her efforts to support the rights of migrants and women and to convey their voices through various international and national media. Her activities have specifically focused on collecting child labor, providing psychological counseling, financial support and strengthening the economy of needy families, electronic ID cards, distributing health and food aid, and helping students study abroad in Afghanistan. She has also collaborated on projects related to newly arrived migrants in refugee camps in Germany.
