About us
The ADI has been launched and run by a number of former advisers and experts of the European governments and organizations in Afghanistan. It brings representatives of various Afghan diaspora groups in and beyond Germany together.
The members of ADI have extensive knowledge and experience about socio-political structures, human rights, forced migration, conflict, and peace-building in Afghanistan. The members have already provided Western states and non-state actors with valuable insight and analyses on Afghanistan.
ADI also addresses the challenges of Afghan refugees through advocacy and research to facilitate their smooth integration in host countries in Europe.
